OUR STORY
In summer of 2018, God created a deep burden in my heart for women in my life to know and walk in the fullness of life with Jesus. Met with a lot of loneliness and grief over what I had seen the enemy do to the women I love most, God gave me the very vision of a ministry that would inspire and champion women onwards towards Christ and find community. The name Vineyards & Olives was introduced in Nehemiah 5:11, representing a prophet who stood in the gap and pursued salvation for God’s people from their enemies and their complete restoration of their vineyards, lands, and olive groves.
Taking a step of faith, the next summer, we hosted 5 precious women in my home for our first bible study and since then have continued our online community of devotionals and videos. What started with one, grew to five, and now we have over three hundred women in our following. Vineyards & Olives is not a replacement for church nor a church’s women’s ministry, but a supplemental resource to help women engage with the word of God.
Finally in spring of 2023, five years after the vision, the sowing, and the waiting, Vineyards & Olives Ministries became recognized as a 501c3 nonprofit. We are so blessed with the growth of a team of volunteers, sisters of the faith, helping us with our New Year’s Day 2024 Launch! This marks the beginning of a lifetime of ministry and God’s faithfulness to be unraveled!

Vineyards & Olives Ministries is a Christian women’s 501c3 nonprofit ministry. We exist to support, encourage, and be a friend to any woman in need. With Nehemiah 5:11 as a cornerstone, we are dedicated to leading women to an abundant and redeemed life in Christ.

Allison Galindo,
FOUNDER & president
Allison launched Vineyards & Olives as a women’s bible study resource in 2019 with the dream of it growing into a Christian nonprofit to encourage women. Before launching this ministry, she completed her graduate program at Biola University, earned a Masters of Arts in Intercultural Studies, Biblical Studies degree at Life Pacific College, and gleaned from missionaries, church planters, and Christian entrepreneurs. Today, she is enjoying being a wife, caring for her husband Daniel and creating a beautiful home for her family. People around her know her as someone who loves writing, studying the Word with others, and creating for the glory of God.

Stephanie was born and raised in her favorite city of all, Los Angeles, CA. She graduated in Communications from California State University Los Angeles in 2020. In 2021, she married the guy of her dreams, Santiago. They are parents to one angel baby and two beautiful dogs, Tori and Taya. Raised in a Christian household since birth, she was on her own journey of building a genuine, intimate relationship with Jesus. While she feels her testimony is not a crazy one, she knows God was part of every chapter in her life. She’s thankful for those hills and valleys from teenage years into her early 20s and understands that it is not always easy to follow God’s will. She loves anything that has to do with spending time with people and creative projects. More than anything, God is her greatest companion everywhere she goes and believes every step we take with Him is the greatest joy in life!

Alexis was raised going to church, but what truly drew her near to God was when her parents separated as a child. This caused her to really seek Him and grow deeper in her relationship with Him by trusting in His Word and promises. She later met her husband Matthew through a young adult Bible study. They enjoyed years of growing together as a couple and serving in church, and now are building a home in the Lord with their two wonderful children. Alexis is currently blessed to be a stay-at-home mom soon to be embarking on the exciting journey of homeschooling her firstborn. She also has her own business called Heart and Hand Co., in which she makes jewelry as an outlet for creativity and also contributes to support her family. People who know Alexis know that her passions in life are being a wife and a mother, serving in worship, creative activities, and serving others all for the glory of God.
Rachel Cserhalmi,

Born in California, Rachel spent her early years in the mission field in Morocco. Raised in a Christian household, all she knew were faith-filled values. She was in love with Jesus and never doubted that He loved her. As she grew up, she realized how big the world was and became deeply curious about it. Homeschooled her entire life, she consciously began chasing after worldly pleasures and abandoned her faith at 12 years old. Her great mistakes caused her much pain, but God tore down the walls she once held up so high. Her life drastically changed. She went from broken and ashamed to hopeful and healed. Now 18 years old, she is a worship leader, podcaster, and social media influencer. Although she is an all-around silly and lighthearted person, she greatly enjoys deep conversations about theology and loves talking about spiritual topics. She is also a coffee connoisseur. Ultimately, Rachel’s heart behind serving the Lord is to glorify Him but also is enthusiastic about seeing and helping others grow in their faith.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
WHAT WE BELIEVE
THE TRINITY
We believe that there is one living and true GOD, eternally existing in three persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, equal in power and glory; that this triune God created all, upholds all, and governs all things. (Genesis 1:1; Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 44:8 and 48:16; Matthew 28:19-20; John 10:30 and Hebrews 1:3 and 9:14).
GOD’S WORD
We believe that the scriptures of the Old and New Testament are the Word of God, inspired by God without error and the infallible rule of faith and practice. The Word of God is the foundation upon which this organization operates and is the basis on which it is governed. We believe that the Word of God supersedes any earthly law that is contrary to the Holy Scriptures. (Isaiah 28:13; Nehemiah 8:8; John 17:17; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; Hebrews 4:12; 1 Peter 1:23-25; and 2 Peter 1:3-4 and 1:21).
GOD, THE FATHER
We believe in the person of God the Father, an infinite, eternal, personal Spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love; that He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of humanity; that He hears and answers prayers; and that He saves from sin and death all those who come to Him through Jesus Christ. (Deuteronomy 33:27; Psalms 90:2; Psalms 102:27; John 3:16 and 4:24; 1 Timothy 1:17; and Titus 1:3).
GOD, THE SON
We believe in the person of Jesus Christ, God’s only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit. We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles and teachings, His substitutionary atoning death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, ascension into heaven, perpetual intercession for His people, and His personal and visible return to earth. (Isaiah 7:14; Micah 5:2; Matthew 1:23; Mark 16:19; Luke 1:34-35; John 1:1-2, 8:58, and 11:25; 1 Corinthians 15:3- 4; 1 Timothy 3:16; Hebrews 1:8; 1 John 1:2; and Revelation 1:8).
GOD, THE HOLY SPIRIT
We believe in the person of the Holy Spirit, Who came forth from the Father and Son to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and to regenerate, sanctify, and empower for ministry all who believe in Christ. (Acts 1:8; 2 Corinthians 3:18; John 16:8-11; Romans 8:26 and 15:13, 16; and Hebrews 9:14).
We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Jesus Christ and that He is an abiding helper, teacher, and guide to the believer. (John 6:13, 14:16-17, and 16:8-11; Romans 8:26).
GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit and in the exercise of all Biblical gifts of the Spirit. (1 Corinthians 14).
SALVATION
We believe that all people are sinners by nature and, therefore, are under condemnation; that God saves and regenerates based upon faith by the Holy Spirit, those who repent of their sins and confess Jesus Christ as Lord. (Acts 8:15-17; Romans 3:23 and 5:8; Ephesians 2:1-3 and 8-9; and Titus 3:5).
BODY OF CHRIST
We believe in the universal church, the living spiritual body, of which Christ is the head and all who are born again are a part of the Body of Christ. (1 Corinthians 12:12-13; Ephesians 4:15- 16).
BAPTISM
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ instituted two ordinances for the church: water baptism of believers, and (b) the Lord’s Supper. (Matthew 28:19; Luke 22:19-20; Acts 2:38; and 1 Corinthians 11:23-26).
THE RETURN OF CHRIST
We believe in the Second Coming of Jesus Christ which is His personal, visible return to earth and the establishment of His millennial kingdom, in the resurrection of the body, the final judgment and eternal blessing of the righteous and endless separation of the wicked. (Matthew 16:27; Acts 1:11; Revelation 19:11-16 and 20:11-15).
HEAVEN & HELL
We believe in a literal Heaven and a literal Hell and that all those who place their faith, hope, and trust in Jesus Christ will spend eternity in Heaven with the Lord, while those who reject Jesus’ free gi of salvation will spend eternity separated from God. (Psalm 9:17, Matthew 5:3, 5:22, 18:9, and 25:31-34; Luke 12:5; John 3:18; Hebrews 12:23; 1 Peter 1:4; and Revelation 3:10, 5:7-10, and 7:13-14).
RAPTURE OF THE CHURCH
We believe in the Pre-Tribulation Rapture of the Church, where all believers will meet the Lord in the air and be taken out of this world prior to the Tribulation that will come upon the earth. (Isaiah 26:20-21; Matthew 24:29-31; Luke 21:36; Romans 1:18 and 5:9; I Thessalonians 1:10, 4:13-16, and 5:9; 2 Peter 2:7-9; and Revelation 3:10, 5:7-10, and 7:13-14).
MALE AND FEMALE
We believe in the creation and God as the Creator. We believe that God created man and that He created them male and female. As such, He created them differently so as to complement and complete each other.
MARRIAGE
We believe that God instituted marriage as a monogamous relationship between one male and one female as the foundation of the family and the basic structure of human society and as such, we believe that marriage is exclusively the legal union of one man and one woman. For this reason, homosexuality and all other “sexual preferences” or “orientations” are unnatural, sinful, and unacceptable to God.
